- 2 large eggs organic, pastured
- 1 tsp water
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk the eggs and water together in a small bowl.
In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, salt and Italian seasoning.
Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and blend well with a spoon, eliminate any lumps.
Form into small balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press last with the back of a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes until crisp.
Allow to cool and serve.
