  • 2 large eggs organic, pastured
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Whisk the eggs and water together in a small bowl.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, salt and Italian seasoning.

  4. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and blend well with a spoon, eliminate any lumps.

  5. Form into small balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press last with the back of a fork.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes until crisp.

  7. Allow to cool and serve.
