Rutabaga Fries

Rutabaga Fries


  • 3 - 3 rutabagas
  • Coconut oil
  • Sea salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Peel rutabagas, slice off end where greens attach and slice into fries.

  3. Melt coconut oil in a pan and toss fries in oil until they are coated.

  4. Spread out in a single layer on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.

  5. Bake at 425 for 35-45 minutes, turning occasionally.
