Rutabaga Fries

Rutabaga Fries
Ingredients
- 3 - 3 rutabagas
- Coconut oil
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- 
										Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 
- 
										Peel rutabagas, slice off end where greens attach and slice into fries. 
- 
										Melt coconut oil in a pan and toss fries in oil until they are coated. 
- 
										Spread out in a single layer on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. 
- 
										Bake at 425 for 35-45 minutes, turning occasionally.
