Raw Veggie Gazpacho

Raw Veggie Gazpacho
Ingredients
- 1 - 2 in. fresh turmeric root
- 1 in. fresh ginger root
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 bunches basil
- 1 large carrot
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 zucchini
- 2 celery stalks
- ¼ jalapeno (no seeds)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 avocado
- 2 Tb. unpasteurized white miso (use chickpea with soy allergy)
- ½ c. lemon juice (add more to taste)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in high speed blender.

Add more lemon or garlic to taste.

For those who don’t care for cilantro, try substituting basil basil.
