Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
- 1 c. quinoa, rinsed & drained
- 2 c. water
- ¼ c. toasted, unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ c. pan toasted, slivered almonds or walnuts
- 2 Tb. hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- 1 dash sea salt
- Unsweetened nut milk
- Stevia to taste
Cook quinoa & water in pot for about 20 minutes.
After quinoa is cooked, add coconut, nuts, hemp seeds, cinnamon and cardamom.
Top with nut milk and stevia to your liking.
