Pumpkin Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 2 cans pumpkin puree
- 1 c. unsweetened almond butter
- ⅔ c. raw cacao powder
- ½ tsp. Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp. stevia or monk fruit powder
- Coconut oil for pan
Instructions
- 
										Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 
- 
										Generously oil a mini muffin pan or use muffin cups. 
- 
										Beat together all ingredients with an electric mixer. 
- 
										Pour batter into muffin pan or cups and smooth. 
- 
										Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a wooden skewer inserted comes out clean. 
- 
										Cool completely on cooling rack or put in the fridge to speed cooling.
