Olive Avocado Dressing

Olive Avocado Dressing


  • 1 avocado, pitted and skinned
  • c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • c. filtered water
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • ½ lemon, juiced (about 1 Tb.)
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix for a few seconds until well incorporated.

  2. If dressing is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
