Olive Avocado Dressing
- 1 avocado, pitted and skinned
- ⅓ c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ⅓ c. filtered water
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- ½ lemon, juiced (about 1 Tb.)
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix for a few seconds until well incorporated.
If dressing is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
