							Ingredients
- 2 c. almond milk
- 2 Tb. chia seeds
- 2 Tb. ground flax
- 2 Tb. unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ c. raw walnuts
- 1 Tb. pumpkin seeds
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- 
										Grind nuts and seeds in vitamix. 
- 
										Bring almond milk to a gentle boil. 
- 
										Add nuts, seeds, sea salt and coconut. 
- 
										Reduce the heat and stir until just begins to thicken (2-3 min). 
- 
										It will continue to thicken once heat is off. 
- 
										Makes 2 servings.
