Momma B's Immune Tonic
		Dairy-free delicious hot cocoa. Great guilt free way to close the day.	
	
	
			 Prep Time 5 minutes		
						
			 Cook Time 10 minutes		
								
			 Total Time 15 minutes		
			Ingredients
- 1 Tb raw cacao powder
- 1 Tb coconut or mct oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground Ceylon when available
- 1 cup nut or oat milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- cocoa butter, food grade grate a few shavings
- 1 tsp cordyceps, reishi or lions mane mushrooms available as powder, optional
- 10-15 drops stevia or monk fruit
Instructions
- 
										Put all ingredients in saucepan on medium heat.
- 
										Whisk while heating.
- 
										Serve w/ raw cocoa butter shavings.
