Mashed Rosemary Cauliflower


  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped or broken into florets
  • ½ tsp. macadamia nut butter
  • 2 Tb. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 4 sprigs rosemary for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Lightly steam cauliflower, or blanch in hot water for 3-5 minutes

  2. Drain & place in processor fitted w/ S blade. Process the cauliflower until it is grainy or reaches the texture of rice.

  3. Add macadamia butter, olive oil, herbs & spices and process until light & fluffy, scraping sides frequently. This could take several minutes.

  4. Place in serving bowl & enjoy.
