Lemon Vanilla Fat Bomb

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1 Tb lemon juice
  • 1 Tb vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp stevia or monk fruit liquid
  • 3 Tb. collagen powder unflavored

Instructions

  1. Melt all ingredients on very low heat in heavy saucepan or in double boiler. Stir continuously to prevent burning.
  2. Pour into silicone molds.
  3. Place in the freezer overnight to harden.
  4. Remove from the mold and store in container in the freezer.
