Lemon Vanilla Fat Bomb
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 1 Tb lemon juice
- 1 Tb vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp stevia or monk fruit liquid
- 3 Tb. collagen powder unflavored
Instructions
- 
										Melt all ingredients on very low heat in heavy saucepan or in double boiler. Stir continuously to prevent burning.
- 
										Pour into silicone molds.
- 
										Place in the freezer overnight to harden.
- 
										Remove from the mold and store in container in the freezer.
