  • 1 bunch laminate kale de-stemmed and chopped
  • 2 Tb coconut oil melted
  • 1 Tb nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp sea salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees

  2. Place the kale in a large bowl and coat with coconut oil, sea salt and nutritional yeast. Stir until well combined. Make sure kale is very dry when you place in bowl.

  3. Arrange kale on parchment lined baking sheets with space between pieces.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy. Remove from the sheet and allow to cool.
