Kale Chips

Kale Chips
Such delicious treats and easy on the body
			 Total Time 40 minutes		
			
			 Servings 2 
		
							Ingredients
- 1 bunch laminate kale de-stemmed and chopped
- 2 Tb coconut oil melted
- 1 Tb nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- 
										Preheat the oven to 300 degrees 
- 
										Place the kale in a large bowl and coat with coconut oil, sea salt and nutritional yeast. Stir until well combined. Make sure kale is very dry when you place in bowl. 
- 
										Arrange kale on parchment lined baking sheets with space between pieces. 
- 
										Bake for 20 minutes until crispy. Remove from the sheet and allow to cool.
