  • 2 pounds ground beef grass fed & finished
  • 1 Tb fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 Tb fresh sage finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 Tb coconut oil or ghee


  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef, fresh herbs and salt.

  2. Using your hands, form into 12 patties.

  3. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet on medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-8 minutes per side until cooked throughout. 

  4. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Serve on a bed of lettuce with sprouts.
