Herbed Beef Patties

							Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef grass fed & finished
- 1 Tb fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1 Tb fresh sage finely chopped
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 Tb coconut oil or ghee
Instructions
- 
										In a large bowl, combine the beef, fresh herbs and salt. 
- 
										Using your hands, form into 12 patties. 
- 
										Heat the oil in a heavy skillet on medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-8 minutes per side until cooked throughout. 
- 
										Alternatively, bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 
- 
										Serve on a bed of lettuce with sprouts.
