Grain-free Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • ¼ c. flax meal
  • 2 Tb. coconut flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 Tb. coconut oil, melted
  • 1 Tb. honey
  • 1 Tb. raw apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Grease a 7 x 3 in loaf pan with coconut oil.

  3. In a food processor, pulse together the almond flour, coconut flour, flax meal, baking soda and salt.

  4. Add the eggs, coconut oil, honey and vinegar and pulse until thoroughly combined.

  5. Scoop batter into loaf pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  6. Allow to cool and serve.
