GF Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ½ c. grade B maple syrup
- ½ c. coconut oil, melted
- 3 c. almond flour
- 1½ c. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
In a small bowl, beat eggs, vanilla & syrup with a hand mixer.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and beat until well mixed.
Add melted coconut oil & blend.
Stir in chocolate chips.
On parchment lined cookie sheet, drop 1 Tb. sized batter for cookies.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool on rack until room temperature
