Tahini Dressing

Adds amazing flavor to salads or steamed vegetables, or use as a dip.


16 oz. tahini (raw)
½ c – ¾ c lemon juice
3 Tb. unpasteurized white miso
3 c water
1 garlic clove, minced
1 bunch parsley
1/4 c cilantro
1 bunch basil
Tip of jalapeno (optional)


Mix well in blender. Keep refrigerated.
