Cashew Cream
Ingredients
- 1 c. raw cashew pieces
- 1 c. water
Instructions
- 
										• Soak cashew at least 20 minutes, but can be soaked at room temperature 6-8 hours. • Drain off soak water. • Blend cashews and water in a high speed blender or food processor until thick and creamy. • Use as is or whip to use as whipped cream.
