- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small head Savoy cabbage (or Napa cabbage)
- 2 carrots, grated (about 2 cups)
- 1 handful chopped fresh parsley
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, carrots, and most of the parsley.
Toss with the vegetables with the dressing and garnish with the remainder of the parsley.
