Cabbage Slaw


  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small head Savoy cabbage (or Napa cabbage)
  • 2 carrots, grated (about 2 cups)
  • 1 handful chopped fresh parsley


  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, carrots, and most of the parsley.

  2. Toss with the vegetables with the dressing and garnish with the remainder of the parsley.
