															eggs
										only use 2 yolks. Use flax eggs if there is an egg allergy.

															bananas
										ripe

										almond meal/flour

										1/4
															cup
										coconut flour
									
-

															tsp
										baking powder
									
-

															tsp
										vanilla extract
									
-

															tsp
										cinnamon

															coconut oil
										for pan
									
- 
															pink salt

								- 
										Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Use a mixer to blend until smooth. The batter should be pourable but thick. Allow to sit. 
- 
										Pre-heat pan over medium heat and add 2 Tb. of coconut oil. 
- 
										Use a ladle to scoop approx 1/4 cup of batter and pour into pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides and edges are firm. 
- 
										Repeat until batter is finished. 
- 
										Garnish with berries, jam or maple syrup.
