
Pumpkin Seeds – Rich in antioxidants, phytosterols and fiber, pumpkin seeds are powerhouses of nutrients. They are a wonderful source of zinc and are purported as natural anti-parasitics.
Coconut oil– Coconut oil contains  medium chain triglycerides which  are fats your body prefers to burn  than store. It is also the source  for caprylic and lauric acid,  natural anti-bacterial and antifungal  agents. Coconut oil is a  saturated fat that actually helps  to raise your to raise HDL and  convert LDL to a healthier  cholesterol.
Dates – Dates are a great source  of easily digested carbohydrates,  providing energy and nutrients.  They are a rich source of B6,  riboflavin, pantothenic acid,  magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium  and potassium. Dates are also  sources of beta-d-glucans and are  wonderful antioxidants.
Grind nuts and seeds into a flour in high speed blender or coffee grinder. Set aside.
Pit and finely hand chop dates. Put in large mixing bowl.
Add coconut oil and maple syrup to dates
Mix nut flour into coconut oil and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
Make into a large ball and then take small pieces and form into small ball shapes.
Put shredded coconut into a small bowl. Roll bites into the shredded coconut.
Allow one hour in the fridge and serve.
