• Place the garlic and salt in a 1 pint glass jar that can be securely sealed.
• Fill the container with filtered water, leaving 1 inch space a the top to let the garlic bubble and expand during fermentation.
• Add the culture and seal the container.
• Let container sit on counter, out of sunlight, for 3-4 days.
• After 3-4 days, place in the refrigerator.
