										Preheat the broiler to high.

										Position the rack to 6 inches below broiler. 
- 
										Use oil to coat a baking dish and place salmon in dish skin side down. 
- 
										Drizzle with the juice, remaining olive oil, pepper and garlic. 
- 
										Broil for 5 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
