Garlic Lemon Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 Tb olive oil
  • 2 4 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 Tb lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler to high.
  2. Position the rack to 6 inches below broiler.
  3. Use oil to coat a baking dish and place salmon in dish skin side down.
  4. Drizzle with the juice, remaining olive oil, pepper and garlic.
  5. Broil for 5 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
