Morning hot cereal

Ingredients

  • 2 c. almond milk
  • 2 Tb. chia seeds
  • 2 Tb. ground flax
  • 2 Tb. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ c. raw walnuts
  • 1 Tb. pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt

Instructions

  1. Grind nuts and seeds in vitamix.

  2. Bring almond milk to a gentle boil.

  3. Add nuts, seeds, sea salt and coconut.

  4. Reduce the heat and stir until just begins to thicken (2-3 min).

  5. It will continue to thicken once heat is off.

  6. Makes 2 servings.
