Line an 8 inch square glass dish with parchment paper.

Place the coconut oil and cocoa butter in a heavy saucepan or double boiler and heat on low. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.

Add the baking chocolate and continue to stir until melted and smooth.

Pour the mixture into the lined dish, and put in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.

Cut into 2x4 in bars and store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
