Labs
Getting to the root of symptoms can be easier with lab tests to correlate with them. We offer a variety of lab tests including food sensitivity testing, intestinal permeability, pathogen testing, hormone testing and more. All of our lab kits are sent to your home for convenience and ease. After collecting the samples, you send them off to the lab and we review your results with you in a consult.

Corporate Wellness, Workshops, Classes & Retreats
We offer corporate wellness programs, workshops, retreats and individual and group demonstrations. Tailored to your interests and needs, these classes are engaging, interactive, experiential and motivating. We can share on diet habits, movement, yoga, meditation or specific topics such as inflammation, gut health or hormones. Many of our past workshops have also included a food demo with delicious samples. Schedule something small for a group of friends, or a corporate wellness retreat.
